Hi, I am sick of the same **** I keep getting year after year. I am a nice person who is very active in athletics including football and wrestling, I am ADHD and Dyslexic, I've pretty much outgrown my ADHD though and i have mild dyslexia, also I was once very outgoing with anyone I met. Since my 5th grade year to my junior year in high school, I have been so lonely and down that I hate every day of life now. I haven't had a friend since 5th grade. During my freshmen year in high school I was bullied as in 5th grade to 8th as well. I eventually became fed up with one of my bullies and got into a fist fight with him. I was expelled from that school. My sophomore year in highshcool was suppose to be the year that everything would change. I would be going to the school I had first picked to go to while I was in 8th grade. I had many former friends there and my two younger brother went there to. I soon became depressed during the end of the first semester and let my 3.66 GPA average slip to a 2.22 average. I failed all of my mid terms and final exams and joined the football team. I thought that if I played football, I might make some friends or gain some awareness of some of the players. I also thought that I might have the opportunity to become involved in a relationship with a girl since I have never had a girlfriend before. I already know that no matter what I do, my junior year and future is going to the same way. And to be be honest I done and don't even talk to anyone unless necessary now. I know Im a born loser, and that just that. I also know that about 10 different happy, worry free people are going to feel sorry for me and right some bullshit response to this. It all depends on what they want to do with you. Extending you ten days means they have to pay you for ten more days even if you are doing extra duty during those days. Don't be surprised if they just make you do extra duty until the day before you leave. Be glad they're letting you finish AIT instead of kicking you out.. Article 15s don't come up on a civilian record but when you are going through your career it will be on your military record. Consider this a lesson learned, people in the Army don't tolerate thieves and I've seen barracks thieves have a really bad day when they were caught and I don't mean with the chain of command.

Stomach aches while on accutane?

I have been on accutane for about 2 months. About three weeks ago I started to experiece stomach aches similar to the feeling of diarrhea. It came on extremely fast with no prior warning and the aches come and go several times a day since. I am very worried because I know that accutane has been linked to inflammatory bowel diseases but I wasn't sure if I could get one so soon into my treatment. Other symptoms I am having include a strange stool. It comes out in several little soft pieces(sometimes green) and comes with strange white pieces in it. My stomach also gurgles occasionally. My doctor had me stop accutane treatment for a week and the aches still did not go away. Now I am very concered, could someone please tell me what they think is wrong with me?

Anyone Suffering from Chronic Hives?

This is actually going to be some advice for those people who have suffered with chronic hives for a long time. I had (idiopathic urticaria) hives with no known cause for over 2 years. I lived off of antihistimines and steroids(medrol dose packs and prednisone) and was in and out of the emergency room when I had outbreaks all over my body. I had been given the run around by all types of drs. And I was even given meds for what they believed was a stress disorder. I even had a blood test done for allergies but everything came back fine. I was unable to get the skin test because they ask you to come off of your medications for like a week before the test. And there was no way i could. I had to work and go to school. If i did that I'd look like a monster. But I eventually found a good ENDOCHRINOLOGIST and they found that i have hyperthyroidism/GRAVES DISEASE and the way that my body reacted to the disruption in my thyroid function was externally through hives. I had a blood test at this physicians office and they confirmed that the thyroid levels were too high and put me on Methimazole to help slow down thyroid hormone production. I slowly took myself off of the antihistimines and am taking only the methimazole now. I have been taking the medicine only a month or so and feel much better in some ways. I still feel tired and have a very hard time keeping weight on, but at this point i am not having to worry about hives. I just hope that someone who has the same problem will read this and find some hope here. Don't let a dr tell you that nothing is wrong with you. You know your body best and you know when something is wrong. I went through countless dr's and missed opportunities because of what I was suffering with, with no answers. Dont lose hope and keep looking until you get help.

Is my blood sugar too low?

I've been having severe confusion, dizziness and lightheadedness. It is very severe before eating something. If I don't eat something, I get severe headaches that make me sick to my stomach. A day ago I went to the doctor as I was still lightheaded and very confused 30 minutes after eating. They tested my blood sugar about 40 minutes after eating. My blood sugar was 106. Is that normal? Ok, I'm 20 years old, and today my girlfriend told me I might have aspergers. She wasn't being mean, she just said I remind her of her brother, who has aspergers. Are dismissed cases automatically sealed in New York State?

I was pulled over 6 months ago because my tail light was flickering. The officer ran my plates and license to issue and equipment violation ticket and told me my license was suspended. My car was towed and I was brought to the police station in the village I was pulled over asked for 100 dollars bail and given a court date. I found out the error was that the DMV did not pick up my new insurance policy electronically because the new and old one overlapped by one day and they picked up a cancellation the day after the new policy started which superseded the new policy (bad programming I guess) at any rate I gave this information and proof to the district attorney who dismissed my case. My question is whether or not those records would be sealed for the purposes of an employment background check. I am sure law enforcement could see such a record which is really no concern for me as it was dismissed but I worry that it may be prejudicial when trying to get a job regardless of its dismissal. My research has said that the records are sealed but I want to be sure, other states are different where you may have to request the record be expunged I do not think that is possible in NY but I want to be sure I don't want a clerical error to cost me a job.

I am applying to BMW by an agency and I was trying to see if anyone could tell me about the assessment test and the automated production simulator was all about so I can be better prepared. I passed the first initial interview so the assessment is next. Also are they big on your background checks? I have one misdemeanor that will be expunged in two months once I complete this class and I told the interviewer that it was on there and she still accepted that. What can I do if I can't pay my probation fees?

I owe over 3000 dollars that are preventing me from trying to get my record expunged. I am currently 1 year away from graduating with a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. Since I am a full time student I am not working and can't pay. I am a 21 year old female and I am 5'5" and weigh 126. I used to be in decent shape but I stopped working out regularly for the past couple of years (I would still work out but it was sporadic and very inconsisent, for the most part I went back to my sedentary ways). So I got super sick in December and January (from stress from work and school, getting ecoli, and having an autoimmune disease called lupus that makes it worse) and went down to 115 lbs. I kinda liked it but I also didn't because I felt really weak and frail and wanted to gain it back. So I did, and since the beginning of this month I have been exercising a lot more than I have in recent years, and I have been eating healthy like crazy too. I want to be 120 lbs give or take. But the scale won't budge! I have been weighing myself everyday and it's like no matter what I do...idk. It's just so discouraging. Am I meant too be a porky or something? Also, when I work out I get out of breath easily and have to take a lot of breaks or stop for a few seconds (I mostly run on the treadmill but I have been doing some weights too) I feel that since I have been working out for a month I should be getting results in not just weight loss but better endurance and strength...but I am not making any progress! How long should it take, should it take a few more months to a year? My guy says I should not be hard on myself because of what I went through when I was really sick, especially when I went to the hospital. I am just getting discouraged...and reading those fitness magazines for women are not helping either. I am just trying to do my best to be healthy and fit again but it feels like I m working hard for nothing.

Black cat has white spots on her skin?

Today I noticed that my 3 year old black cat has white spots on her skin that is in between her eyes and ears. They are small, they aren't bald spots and it feels normal. Pressure in my chest?

I do not think a parent who was really worried would even send their child to day care. However, it would go a long way if parents would just teach their children basic rules of self care, like using a tissue instead of their shirt, and proper hand washing. In my 20 years plus spent with children, I have met ONE child who used proper hand washing on her own. There were far more who have been taught to care for their jewelry than to wash properly.

Okay i really need someone who has some kind of legal experience. When i was like 17 i was with a friend and we got caught shoplifting, yeah i know it was a really silly thing to do. I went to court did my probation and everything, I thought that because i was a first offender i would be able to get it expunged. But i've been hearing that you cannot get a record expunged in Georgia if you were convicted of the crime, like pleading guilty. But then I've also heard that you can get expunged it would just be harder to do it. I was arrested when i was 18 for stealing a shirt (dumbest decision i have ever made). I was never charged with anything nor did i plea guilty. my lawyer cut a deal for me to do community service, I did it and the case was thrown out. I am now 20 years old and applying for pharmacy school in about 9 months so i need to get this expunged asap because they do a background check. After this is expunged will this show up on the background check that they do? Also, if i were to get in and finish the program, would I be able to get my license or would they be able to view the expungment? i do not see how you wont make it into UC Berkeley. you have an impressive college resume with those high standardized test scores and extracurricular activities. the only problem you may face is the economy. UC Berkeley has had to cut back a lot and they are excepting less and less students. first priority is always the California Community College transfers. but with everything you got on the list, you should be a top candidate.

This is my first question on this site. I have a 15 year old daughter in high school who is applying for private schools. She is an extremely bright student and makes A's and B's, but she has a discipline record dating backto elementary school. We are tired of public schools and want to switch her into private right away, but she has already been rejected from 2 because of her discipline record. My nephew has cerebral palsy and he has always lived with my Mom with my sisters permission. Now his Dad wants to take him for 3 hours a week without getting the proper training first from doctors/physical therapists etc. The court told him he had to, he appealed it and they told him he doesn't have to. I was practically raised playing Super Mario, Legend of Zelda, and other NES games. I remember playing those as early as four or five, then I got a Playstation a little later. Barn decorating ideas! 4-h for fair?

hi! so this year out fair theme is "4-H Pride" and we have to decorate our barn at fair to fit that and we get judged on our barn decorations during fair. one of the girls had an idea of making a puzzle piece (out of colored construction paper) with our's and our horse's picture on it, then writing a little bit about our horse and our selves. i thought it was a good idea, but one of the mom's (no body really likes her) said that different colored puzzle pieces stood for autism awareness. so now we are back to nothing. what would be some good ideas for decorating for "4-H Pride" no nasty answers please

Usually nothing happens of it if that type of thing happens in the store, but the only way to know for sure is to simply call the police department. Ask them about what their policies are on first-time offenders. Buy a thank you card and give it to the owner of the store, or the store manager apologizing, letting them know you made a mistake and are very thankful that they were so understanding. Call your police department to find out about the record deal. And some jobs in the future can see everything- police officers and other law enforcement, but if you want to be a clerk, then it may not matter.

Haematology and Swollen Glands?

I'm asking this because this has been going on for a while. I've been ill (cold symptoms) on and off for around eight months. My glands went up and down for a while, now they are constantly up. My doctor diagnosed me with slight anemia. At first my doctor thought it was glandular fever, then maybe (because I've had stomach probs as well) coeliac disease. Not either. She is now sending me to a haematologist about my glands. I'm really confused and worried. I have to wait until the hospital gets back to me, and that might take a while.

Is there any lee-way with the 14 day deadline to apply for a speed awareness course?

I've just got back of my holiday and found a letter on my doormat offering me a speed awareness course as opposed to 3 points on my licence. I had 14 days to reply which meant the deadline was friday 24th June. Is there any lee-way, ie if I sent if off today would they let me off or not?

I'm no law expert but it may be possible for people to prosecute you as adults, also sue your parents. Think about this, you are about to be an adult, you know right from wrong and there are consequences, whether they hurt you or other or both Depends on what you do. Morally what would you be saying about yourselves. But take it from someone a bit older than you, knowing this has not stopped me from doing stuff like this even in the recent past!

I'm in college now and it's my dream to teach 5th graders. I don't want to waste all my time on getting a degree if I'll never be able to use it. I was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (mushrooms). I got a deferred sentence for 5 years and at the end of it, barring any more mess-ups on my part, it'll all be expunged. So will it still show up when I apply to become a teacher?

Sexually charged behavior of 5 year old- inappropriate?

This is my first question here, and I'm hoping I will get some insightful answers. This will be lengthy and I apologize, but please allow me to explain the situation in full. I am 23 and am currently visiting my brother and sister- in- law for a couple of weeks. They have a five year old son who is a wonderful child, and generally very enjoyable to be around. However, a couple of days after I arrived, I was looking through my suitcase up in the guest bedroom when my nephew entered and closed the door behind him. I greeted him and he asked, "Want to play grown ups?" I said sure and asked him how you play. He started out by telling me we needed to go to the grocery store, preapre dinner, do the laundry. I went along with the game. Then he said it was "time to go to bed" and motioned for me to lie next to him on the floor. I obliged, not thinking anything of it, until he reached under my blouse and touched my breast. I quickly removed his hand and sat up but tried to remain calm as I know he's just a small child. I told him that was not at all appropriate and that it makes people feel very uncomfortable when they are touched in a private area, and to never do that to anyone again. He apologized to me, and then told me not to tell his parents because it would make his mommy cry if I did. Later in the evening, I did end up mentioning what happened to my sister-in-law, just to get her take on it and to make sure I had handled the situation appropriately since he is her child. She became very upset, and told me that this was very troubling because over the past several months this kind of thing has been an ongoing problem. He has been reprimanded twice at school for inappropriate touching of little girls. One incident was a kiss on the lips (that the little girl did not consent to apparently) which is probably rather innocent, but the second incident was his touching another little girl between the legs (also against the girl's will). He has an eight year old sister who has complained of having her nightgown lifted by my nephew even after repeated protestations from her. He has been told over and over and over again by teachers and his parents that acting on these body curiosities that he's having is just not appropriate and must be curbed. I completely understand that children will indeed explore things like this, but when does that type of behavior become excessive? I was compelled to ask for advice after playing with him alone again today. This time he told me we were going to play "boyfriend and girlfriend" and I told him that would be a silly game for us to play, because I am his aunt. He got off the topic and we began playing "superheroes" instead, but at one point during the game he approached me, took my face in his hands and pressed his open mouth against mine in a shockingly suggestive manner. I again tried to keep my composure and I told him that he cannot kiss me that way, that children and adults don't kiss each other that way. He responded with, "But I didn't touch your private parts this time." Perhaps I am over-reacting to this because I don't have children of my own, and I'm not a child psychologist, but his response very much alarmed me. He seems to have a very keen awareness of the impropriety of his behavior, but continues to do it anyway, and even begs me not to tell on him. I don't know what to say to my brother and sister-in-law, I don't know what to say to my nephew, and I'm really not sure what to think of the whole situation. I want to respond and act appropriately considering he is a child, but I do not want to have another incident where I am fondled, or made to feel uncomfortable by my own small nephew. I just don't think the behavior is completely innocent anymore. Am I wrong? Thoughts?

Head Trauma as a kid, or just my anxiety?

Hey, my name's Jake and I'm 16 years old. I've always head extreme anxiety, in elementary school I'd always have bad temper and yell at the whole class. Now at 16, I still don't feel right and it's too the point to where I am going crazy. Everyday I'm on a long search on the internet to find what's going on in my head and what can help. When I think back to when I was very little, around 5 or 6, I always remember the time that a very large rock was dropped on my head. I didn't get knocked out but it was very serious and had stitches and stayed in the hospital for a while. And now I think that is the reason. Here is what is going on in my head... I think too much of what other people think of me. Or just think to hard in general. I always feel like things are awkward, when they're not. Example: riding around in my friends car, I role my window down, I think he thinks I'm weird for having my window down, or he doesn't want it down. Even though he probably doesn't even notice my window is down or even cares. My thoughts often feel "cloudy" and I get off track easily. I feel like this issue is holding me back from doing some fun things and having a great life. I used to be a real good student, but now my grades are dropping extremely. I often find myself looking in the mirror, it's like I have to. I don't know why, but I think it's me trying to find who I am. It's like I have no personality. When I see people, on the street, in school, I try to see my self as that person, I do this as a way to really see how un normal I am. I also always think myself as another person, and if I saw myself so I get a point of view of what I look like and act. I am way overly conscious of my looks. When ever I learn about a new disease, or disorder, I focus all my energy on that and I think I have it. I once convinced myself I was mentally retarded. I just wish I could be somewhat normal in the inside as everyone else. I know you're suppose to accept who you are, but I think this is something that needs to be dealt with. I have made some very good healthy choices by trying to eat right, working out, and even joined my school's football team in hope that I can be mentally healthy. It's helped a little, but this is driving me crazy and can't see myself living like this for more than another year. I have an appointment in about a month with the therapist. I was just wondering if anyone could give me a head start on all this. I tried to explain it as well as I could and any advise or information would be appreciated.
