Help?! I need a job/career! Real suggestions. I am 50, have 2 masters degrees but hindered by a....?

...felony conviction (buglary) as 17 yr stupid teen still on my record (very hard to expunge in my state where 17 not 18 starts the your age of record). I have had an led a near perfect life since with impeccable referneces but just can't get hired. Any real suggestions???
