I got 2 class A Misdemeanor 1 possession of weed and unlawful carrying weapon can this affect my premployment?

Can this put me in risk from not getting hired? How do i expunge these cases im only 21 with a bright future i want to succeed in life hopefully this is not a boundary for me...
