I think I'm hypochondriac. How do i help myself?

Every time I read about diseases,it would always give me chills wishing i hadn't open. I would eventually search them thinking that i have that kind of disease. I even thought my mother have kidney failure because she had UTI. Every time I look at her I always think she'd be dead so I always do my best to make her happy. Just yesterday i saw this page about teens having cancer. and of course i thought i have one cause my muscles ache.can anyone help me?
