Teacup Awareness-How?

I know that teacup dogs are poor creatures that have been overbred, crossbred and hurt in order to please the human taste for being small. (For some reason people think that small is better?) Anyway, I know how bad teacup dogs are, no matter how cute, but the problem is that everywhere I go to the pet store to pick of supplies, there are people who always want "teacup" dogs. I feel like slapping people in the face for supporting it, but the problem is 1. I can't, 2. It's not their fault because no one knows how bad teacups are! (Not that the dogs themselves are bad, but the sleazy people who breed them.) How on earth can I publicize and advertise to other people that teacups are bad?! I feel so sad reading stories about sick teacup dogs and what horrible diseases they get. So please help, how do I spread the word?
