How to raise drowning awerness and help the family?

some of you may heard of the almost drowning of a little girl named tori on basset lake MI right now she is in intensive care and was under water for about 15 min. now i live on a lake also and that is like the number one worry but she was visiting and not living on the lake so she may have not known how to swim well. i want o know your ideas on how i can help raise awareness and seriousness i thought about having swimming lessons but i just don't have the time and i cant go around making sure everyone has a life jacket on also how can i help that girls family there is a 50/50 chance she could live its hard to live when you have been under water that long one last thing i am asking that you all pray for little tori and that she comes out fine thank you sooooo much
