My goldfish's swim bladder is being weird?

Now he is on the bottom of the tank not swimming at all.He just got out of dropsy. YES HE DID! i am also shocked. So when it went away he doesn't swim at all he just lays on the floor with his stomach facing up. And also before this The dropsy was when he was floating like Swim bladder disease, but no, he would poop. Help
