Can i get into law enforcement with two misdemeanor charges,?

Hey guys im 21 im currently getting my bachelors in criminal justice and applying to the masters program my gpa is 3.2, i am interested in starting a career in law enforcement. although i do have two misdemeanor charges one is a wet wreckless, and the other is a simple assault 242 pc , bar fight basically. When the time comes around for me to apply for the academy i will have both of these expunged off my record as well as multiple recommendation letters from the multiple officers including chief of police as well as head of investigations which both attended the FBI academy. Do you guys think i even have a chance of getting accepted to a academy considering my situation? lets be mature and serious about this serious answers only.
