Sealing/expunging disciplinary records for private school?

This is my first question on this site. I have a 15 year old daughter in high school who is applying for private schools. She is an extremely bright student and makes A's and B's, but she has a discipline record dating backto elementary school. Most of it is little things like pushing at the water fountain or cell phone violation, but she was recently suspended in OSS for a matter currently being disputed. We are tired of public schools and want to switch her into private right away, but she has already been rejected from 2 because of her discipline record. She is a Freshman in high school, is there any way we can expunge or seal her record so she has the opportunity to attend private school? We're truly so annoyed with this system, any blemishes on your discipline record and you're stuck in public school forever. All the ones she is looking to apply for require a discipline record and she has the grades to get in. We believe she deserves a second chance. We are willing to withdraw her from school and home school her for awhile or switch districts. Whatever it takes to get these records gone. Please help us.
