Do I have multiple STD's ?

So I have had unprotected sex a few times but of course never thought about STD's or that I could get one . (So so DUMB) .. I went to planned parenthood to get the birth control shot and they do a manditory chlamydia and syphilis test by checking your urine . They called a week later and said my chlamydia test was positive . I was shocked even though i shouldnt have been knowing the risk i had been taking . I am taking the pills to treat it now and have about 4 left , i have a yellowish discharge that ive had for months and thought nothing of it which was very ignorant and dumb i just didnt wana face the facts . Is the discharge the chlamydia and its just not cured quite yet or could it be another disease ?? Ive learned safe sex or no sex is the best option !! Any suggestions , thanks so much .
